Foundational Liberty Party Candidates

2016 is sure to be an intense election season. Candidates have officially announced their bid for nomination. These candidates are all hoping to represent their party in the 2016 Presidential Election.

The candidates hoping to represent the Foundational Liberty Party in the 2016 Presidential election are:

Tana R. announced her want to change the world one step at a time starting with education. She argues, “Being a mother and a student I whole-heartedly believe in affordable education not only for those of us that want to further our education as adults but for our children, our future. We teach our children how important school and attending higher levels of education are, but then when the time comes to fill out the college applications the question then becomes can we afford it. How do we pay for the education for our children and ourselves when tuition is so expensive? And then come housing expenses and books and supplies after the tuition has been paid. How do we mold and educate our future, our youth, if it’s unaffordable? When I become President, I want to work on making education not only affordable but then leading to one day having access for everyone to a complete free college education.”

Andy P. directly takes issue with the way our government runs and promises to change the very structures that maintain the status quo. “I intend to take our government and use it the way it was meant to, to serve the people not corporations. I should be the FLP nominee because I know we need to redefine the mechanisms that have allowed our nation to get to the point. With myself as the FLP candidate, we will repair the currently broken system of healthcare that leaves many Americans in debt or without care. We will overhaul the American education system, which creates a massive amount of debt for college students. We will do all this and more together, as a nation of people unified in starting tomorrow’s future today.”

Lamisha S. does not want any mystery between her and her voters. She opens up in her statement with, “Who is Lamisha S.? A girl who came to America as a young immigrant with her mother and father. Her parents wanted Lamisha to have the opportunity to become a well-educated American. But soon young Lamisha reached her time to go to college and her family struggled to pay for college, struggled to bring up an educated child. That young girl wants to change that struggle.”

Emerson A. wants to represent the many young Americans who are looking to change the system. He shares “Growing up in the Bronx and starting from humble beginnings I relate to many of my supporters but not only that I understand for America to succeed equal opportunity is a must. Equal opportunity for the minorities who have to endure the system in America that has the rich getting richer and the poor getting poorer. In America, we have become too focused on foreign policies, war and the war on drugs. As president, I will direct our attention to getting affordable health care and make community colleges free. Many of these ideas seem crazy to the older generation of this country. It is this older generation who have been trying the same things to try to “help” this country yet they expect a different result but nothing has changed, so you tell me who the real crazy ones are?”

Khoa cares about education “I am more familiar and know that it is tough out there to survive the college life, while working three to four-part time jobs to pay tuition, and rents, and bunch other stuff. But don’t you worry, good news is I can change that! I will make the tuition fees goes down significantly to the point where it is almost free, while reducing the fee of Metro transportation for students.”
